Our policies
General cancellation
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the technician's day that could have been filled by another client.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment entirely, will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service booked plus a $5 gratuity (full body waxes will include a 15% gratuity) to the credit card on file.
Deposits
A deposit is required for all full body wax and permanent makeup appointments. Your deposit will be applied to your total service cost, with the remaining balance due at your appointment.
Full Body Wax: 50% deposit
Permanent Makeup: $100 deposit
You may call to provide your card, or we can store a valid card on file to secure your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited and a fee up to the full cost of the service may be charged.
Laser hair removal cancellations
Appointments made for laser hair removal with cancellations or no shows within 24 hours of an appointment will be subject to a charge of $50/15 minutes of the service booked or if a package was purchased you may choose to forfeit a laser session from the package. Packages purchased are non-refundable and do not transfer locations.
Permanent makeup cancellations
We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee to the credit card on file.
Booking
All waxing appointments require a credit card on file to reserve your time.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or do not show up, a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

Product and Merchandise Sales
All product and merchandise sales purchased from any Waxonomy location are final sale. No returns or refunds.
