These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of waxonomy.us and to services and products provided by Waxonomy LLC ("Waxonomy", "we", "us"), 13030 Preston Rd #400, Frisco, TX 75033. By using our website, booking a service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Services and bookings

Appointments are booked online through Jane or by contacting the salon. Service descriptions, prices and promotions shown on our website may change without notice. The price confirmed at booking or at the salon applies. Promotional offers are valid only for the dates and terms stated on the offer.

Cancellations, deposits and late arrivals

Cancellations, deposits and missed appointments are governed by our Salon Policies, which form part of these Terms. In summary, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and some services require a deposit.

Health and safety

You agree to share accurate information about your health, skin conditions, medications and allergies before any service. Some services may not be suitable for everyone, and our technicians may decline or stop a service for safety reasons. Please follow the precare and aftercare guidance we provide.

Online orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and we will refund any amount charged. Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site, including the Waxonomy name, logo, images and text, belongs to Waxonomy or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Our website links to and relies on third party services such as Jane, Shopify and payment processors. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Results of beauty services vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waxonomy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product involved.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
